Obituary for Kathleen "Katie" Kuduk

Age 41, passed away Friday August 6th, 2021 peacefully in her home. She was a beautiful, loving mother of 4 children, Alexander (23), Anna (19), and the twins Brett and Cameron (15). She was a daughter, sister and an amazing friend to so many people. Her smile and laugh were contagious. She will be deeply missed.
