Age 78 of Champlin, passed away on 10/26/2019 surrounded by love. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Patty; parents & siblings. Survived by his children, Brenda (Rich) Carlson, Cindy (Charlie) Nolte, Kevin (Barb) Costello & Becky (Larry) Turpin; grandchildren, Josh (Michelle) Costello, Shara (Eric) Neuberger, Calvin (Alicia) Nolte, Andrew (Lauren) Smith, Shane Smith, Heather Smith, Chad Costello & Jade Costello; great-grandchildren, Justin Costello, Jase Costello, Emma Neuberger, Nora Neuberger & Isla Neuberger; son-n-law, Terry Smith. Tom was a proud United State Air Force Veteran who served his country honorably. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Monday, November 4, 2019 at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, 9100 93^rd Ave N., Brooklyn Park. Visitation Sunday, November 3, 3-7 PM with a Eulogy at 5 PM at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2^nd St. NE, Osseo, MN., and one-hour prior to Mass at Church. Interment at Fort. Snelling National Cemetery.
