Theresa "Terri" Sharp

Theresa "Terri" Sharp (nee LaCoursiere), age 63, of Maple Grove, MN, passed away on October 25, 2025 at the U of M Medical Center.  

Terri was born to Bernard "Ben" and Margaret (nee Sargent) LaCoursiere on April 13, 1962.  She built her house in Maple Grove in 1983 and lived there ever since.  She raised three children while working full-time as as administrative assistant with Prudential Life Insurance, LDI and Prime advertising & Design.  She was a great mom who loved her kids very much and made sure they were well supported.  She was also a proud grandmother.

Terri easily made friends in her life due to her wit, sense of humor, love of laughter, and generosity.  She loved music, TV and movies, reading books, going to the cabin and celebrating birthdays and holidays.  

Terri is survived by children, Andrew and Nicholas (Alisha) Schoenike and Sloan (Casey) Sharp Hunter; fiancee, Shannon Manary; father, Ben; brother, Donnie; sister, Debbie (Rob) Spah; granddaughter, MacKenzie; and many other relatives and friends.

Terri was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Margaret.

In honor of Terri, a Memorial Visitation will be from 10 AM to 1 PM Friday, October 31, 2025, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo.
