Tasha Holm

Tasha Lee (Isaacs) Holm, 54, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on November 16, 2025 at her home in Plymouth, MN, surrounded by loved ones.

Tasha was born on April 21, 1971, in Fairbanks, Alaska to Les and Carol Isaacs. She was the youngest in the family, with older sister, Natalie and brother, Todd. After moving back to Minnesota, Tasha graduated from Burnsville High School in 1989 and later attended drafting school. Tasha married Martin Holm on September 25, 1993, and together they raised their family in Dayton, MN. She was a member of the Minneapolis Independent Apostolic Lutheran Church.

Tasha is survived by her husband, Marty and children, Morgan and Tyler Hoverson, Maxwell and Tarryn Holm, Magdeline Holm, Liam Holm and one granddaughter, Isla Holm.

She is also survived by her mother, Carol Isaacs; her siblings, Natalie and Brent Johnson, Todd and Pam Isaacs; nephew, Chad and Erin Isaacs and in-laws, Jerry and Cherie Holm, Shelley and Jon Hyytinen, Kelly and Karlyn Holm, Allan and Deborah Holm, and Burton and Cara Holm. She leaves behind many dear nieces and nephew, friends and a host of brothers and sisters in faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leslie Isaacs.

A visitation for Tasha will be held from 10 AM to 1 PM Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Independent Apostolic Lutheran Church, 14000 129th Ave. N., Dayton, followed by the service at 1 PM. The burial will follow immediately at Meadow Hills Cemetery. A lunch will be served following the burial in the church parlor.
