Susan Marie Roerick, 72, of Champlin, MN passed away peacefully at her home on February 21, 2026.  Sue was born on June 28, 1953 to Martin and Lucille Burgoyne, in Robbinsdale, MN.  After Sue graduated from Robbinsdale High School she enjoyed various jobs including her career at United Health Group where she retired as a Senior Administrative assistant. 

In spring of 1975 Sue met Eugene Roerick and later went on to get married on October 16, 1976.  After retirement Sue enjoyed time with her family, their cabin in Richmond, MN, winters in Arizona, trips to the Casino, and watching all her grandchildren and great grandchildren grow up.

Sue was predeceased by several loved ones including Martin and Lucille Burgoyne (parents), Jason Roerick (son), Jim and Marilyn Deaner (sister & brother-in-law), Greg Barton (nephew), Paul Baker (brother-in-law).

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Eugene Roerick, Children: Angela (Cory) Nies, Jeff (Kristal) Roerick, Grandchildren: Steve (Kori) Thiel, Collin LaFrance, Afton Guyer, Avery Roerick, Dayton Guyer, Ellea Guyer, Easton Guyer, Kennedy Roerick, & Knox Roerick, Great Grandchildren: Stephen, Wyatt, Wesley, & Meredith Thiel, Sister: Janet Burgoyne, in-laws: Norb & Joann Gomer, and many loving nieces & nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Monday, March 2, 2026 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (9100 93rd Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445) Visitation 4-6 PM Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home (34 2nd St. NE, Osseo, MN 55369) & one-hour prior to mass. Interment directly following mass at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery.
