Susan Devick Schindler, age 56 of Brooklyn Center, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on May 16, 2018.
Worked for 32 years at Moneygram International. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Preceded in death by parents, Don & Dolly; sister, Ann. Survived by husband, Larry; children, Lee, Jacob, Abigail; grandchildren, Aria, Griffon; siblings, Karen, Sharon, Tim, Terry, Tom; and many other family & friends.
Memorial Service 7PM Thursday, 5/24, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center, with visitation starting at 6PM at the funeral home.

Evans-Nordby funeral chapel in Osseo, MN handled my husband’s cremation and Celebration of Life service in July of 2023. I can’t say enough positive things about all aspects of my interactions with them. They reached out to help every step of the way—from planning the Celebration of Life service, the service itself, and after care contact. Brittney was the person I primarily worked with. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized, and had great communication skills, which greatly helped in reducing my stress level. I plan to contact Evans-Nordby soon to pre-plan my own final arrangements.
