Atkins, Steven M., age 58 of Brooklyn Center. He was a kind and gentle soul & was deeply loved. Preceded in death by father, Howard; and brother, Brad. Survived by his mother, Elaine; sisters, Cindy (Steve) Johnson & Susan (John) Nelson; sister-in-law, Karen; nieces & nephews, Brice, Parker, Caitlin, Allison, & Jack. We wish to extend our deep gratitude to the Benedictine Health Care Center staff and Father Joe Gillespie for their loving care. Mass of Christian Burial 1PM Friday Dec. 16, 2016 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 7025 Halifax Ave N., Brooklyn Center with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at church. Memorials preferred to the Benedictine Health Care Center.
