Obituary for Stanley A. Baker

Age 72 of Minneapolis entered heaven on February 8, 2019.

To be greeted by his parents James and Blanche Baker, sister-in-law Claire Baker and nephew Trever Schmidt.

Survived by siblings Steven, Sheryl, Richard and Sharyn; nieces and a nephew; extended family; and many friends.

Graduate of Robbinsdale High and proud Army veteran. Retired Honeywell employee. Interests included classic rock ‘n roll, visiting libraries, and reading westerns and motorcycle and automotive magazines. His motorcycle brought great joy, riding cross country, competing in rallies and riding to Sturgis.

Funeral service, TUESDAY, 2/26, 11AM, Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center with visitation 2 hours prior to service. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Stanley's name to the Anoka American Legion Post in or to the American Diabetes Association.

I just can't say enough about the help we received in planning my husband's funeral at the Osseo Evans Nordby funeral home.
