Obituary for Sherrie Lutgen

Sherrie Lea Lutgen, Age 66 of Maple Grove, Passed away March 28th 2021, Survived by husband Roger Lutgen, son Derrick (Danielle) Gloege, Mother Janice (Jim) Locke, Sister Kathie (Joe) Brinza, Step Sisters Lori Berandy, Christine Locke, Grandkids Merriah (Brian) Fredin, Cooper, Emerson, Great Grandson Barron. Preceded in death by Brothers Mike, Terry and David Zopfi. Sherrie was born in Bryant Texas and graduated high school in Miami Florida. In her early working career she enjoyed working with the residents at a nursing home and patients at Sister Kenny Institute and we know why she was a very giving person. She also had a long career at Honeywell in Minnesota. But the thing she loved the most was spending time with family and friends, the part we will all miss the most.

Visitation at 11AM Friday with service at 12pm at Evans Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo, 55369. Internment will be at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, 5125 West Broadway, Crystal, MN 55429.

I just can't say enough about the help we received in planning my husband's funeral at the Osseo Evans Nordby funeral home. It was a very difficult time and they were so caring, sensitive, helpful and very organized in making the funeral go smoothly. The funeral home in Osseo felt so welcoming and comfortable also.
