Obituary for Shad Forsman

On Monday, December 10, 2018, Shad Forsman, loving husband, father, son and brother, passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 44.

Shad will forever be remembered by his wife of 10 years, Keisha and daughters Alice and Piper or as Shad referred to them as "his ladies". He will also be lovingly remembered by his parents Ron and Donna, brothers Tim (Lisa) and Damon; nephews Andy, Luke and Floyd; and many other relatives and friends. Memorial service TUESDAY, 12/18, 7 PM, Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo. Visitation from 4-7 pm prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the family.
