Ruth Ann Voss

Ruth Ann Eggers Voss was born to Edward and Helma Eggers on July 7, 1948.  They lived on the family farm outside of Sauk Centre, MN.  She attended Sauk Centre Public Schools and graduated in 1966.

After working a short time for Northwestern Bell, she met and married Joseph Dean Voss in 1968.  They moved several times for Joe's job, living in Richfield, White Bear Lake, and Parkville, MO.  They moved back to Maple Grove, MN.  Shortly after moving to Maple Grove, Ruth started working at KinderCare Learning Centers as a cook.  That job continued until her retirement in 2015.  Before and after retirement she enjoyed sewing, reading, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Ruth is survived by children, Joseph (Betsy) Voss and Jason (Melissa) Voss; grandchildren, Grace Voss, Joie Voss; step-granddaughter, Ginny (Jordan) Gulbrandson; and great granddaughter, Aida.  Also survived by siblings, Nadine (Richard) Lovik, Gale Eggers, and Doug (Linda) Eggers.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Helma Eggers; husband, Joe Voss; brother, Don Eggers; and sister-in-law, Mary and Karen.

Memorial Service 2 PM Sunday, April 27, 2025, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 710 E. Broadway, Osseo, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service and luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to C.R.O.S.S.
