Roxine “Roxy” (Olek) Nielsen, age 77, of Champlin, passed away on December 11, 2021.
Preceded in death by her parents, Walter “Gus” & Evelyn “Toots” Olek; her brothers, Richard, Ronald; and sister, Roberta.
She will be greatly missed by her husband, David; daughter, Lisa Nicholas (Phil); son, Brian Jennings (Ana); her grandchildren, Zac, Stephanie, Severin and Noah; and her great grandchildren, Kalli, Benton, Juliet and Jane.
Memorial Service 11 AM Saturday, January 8, 2022, with visitation one hour prior to the service, at Evan- Nordby Funeral Home, 34 Second St. N.E., Osseo, MN 55369.
