Rose DeBord, age 88, of Elk River, passed away peacefully on 4/27/25 surrounded by her family.

Preceded in death by her father, Floyd Sutton, Sr.; her mother, Marian Johnson; sister, June and Cora; and brothers, Douglas, Floyd, James, and Jack.

Survived by her daughters, Patricia Vickers and Lisa DeBord; grandchildren, Tamika, Travis, Isaiah, Jessica, and Kahlil; great grandchildren; brothers, Robert and Louis; sisters, Julia, Alice, Margaret, and Helen; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Rose worked at the Red Fez Grill at the Zurah Shrine Temple for many years. She loved to read, was an excellent yodeler, and loved to watch "Little House on the Prairie", "The Price is Right" , and "Highway to Heaven". But more than anything, she loved her family. A special thank you to all of her care givers.

Funeral Service 11 AM Thursday, 5/1/25, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo, with visitation from 10-11 AM. Private interment.
