Ronald “Ron” Nims, age 76, of Dayton, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025 with his family by his side. Preceded in death by wife, Sue; and parents, Donald & Joan. Survived by daughters, Angie (Robert), Kelli (Christian); grandchildren, Nickolas, Etta; siblings, Jim, Mary (Joel) Scheevel, Mike (Kris), Dave (Linda); Doug (Diane); and many nieces & nephews. Ron loved to travel especially to his lake cabin and to Hawaii where he enjoyed relaxing on the beach. He adored his children, grandchildren & siblings immensely and loved to spend time with them as often as possible.

Funeral Service 11AM Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Servant of Christ Church, 740 East Hayden Lake Road, Champlin, MN 55316 with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at church. Interment at Champlin Cemetery.
