Robert James "Papa" Vogelpohl

Age 90, of Maple Grove, passed away July 28, 2019. Loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Korean War Army veteran, and long time member of St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. Robert was preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Pat; and son, James. He is survived by children, Denny (Svetlana), Robert (Eileen), Ann (Mike Wresh) Dale, and John (Barb); 21 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; Patrick Dale, Lori Van Beusekom, Sharon Lawarance; and 6 brothers and sisters. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, August 2, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, with visitation one-hour prior. Private interment at a later date. Robert’s family would like to offer a special thank you to the loving staff at Good Samaritan in New Hope.
