Rita Stuth (Eichten)
Age 92 of Brooklyn Park, MN. Passed softly away at her home on the morning of January 6, 2026. She was the daughter of Harold & Myrtle Eichten. She was married to Jerry Stuth for 69 years. She was preceded in death by Father, Harold; Mother, Myrtle; & Grandson, Brian. Rita graduated from St. Margaret’s High School in Minneapolis, attended St. Catherine’s College in St. Paul, and graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota School of Education in 1955. Rita and Jerry were both born in North Minneapolis and met at the U of M. After Jerry graduated in 1956 from the U, they married. They have four daughters, Kathleen Naeve, Karen Ness (Mark), Jeanne Coleman (Jody) and Diane Stuth. They have 12 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Friday, 1/16, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 7025 Halifax Ave N., Brooklyn Center, MN with visitation 1 hour prior. Interment at St. Vincent's Cemetery in Osseo. In lieu of flower, donations may be directed to The Heart Association, or St. Alphonsus Church in Brooklyn Center.
