Richard T. “Dick" Keppel, age 90, of Brooklyn Park, MN. Born 8/10/27 in Plymouth. Passed away peacefully 12/20/17. He served in the Army Air Corp and was discharged in 1947. Dick married the love of his life in 1952. He owned a construction company with his good friend Sam through the 1960's. Dick and Marlys had the Ranch House Grill in Osseo in the 1960's. He was an active member of the Osseo Lions for over 5 decades and lifetime member of the American Legion.
Preceded in death by parents, Anton & Lucy; his wife, Marlys; son, Steve; brothers, Ray, Bob, Tony, Herb, Eddy; and sisters, Frances, Harriet, Mary Jane, Kathryn, Leah, and LuAnn.
Survived by sons, Ron and Scott; brother, Jerry; sister, Marge; 4 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral service 11 AM Thursday, December 28, 2017, at the Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 Second St. NE, Osseo. Visitation 4-8 PM Wednesday and 1 hour prior to the service.

I just can't say enough about the help we received in planning my husband's funeral at the Osseo Evans Nordby funeral home. It was a very difficult time and they were so caring, sensitive, helpful and very organized in making the funeral go smoothly. The funeral home in Osseo felt so welcoming and comfortable also. Tina was extremely helpful in guiding our family with planning the funeral and went out of her way in finding the right memorial folder for my husband. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all.
