Rhea Frances Scharber, 96, passed away June 20, 2017 in Rogers, MN. Rhea was born in Fletcher, MN on May 27, 1921. She graduated from Elk River High School.

Preceded by parents Joseph & Mabel Weber; siblings, Mildred Dahlheimer, Everett (Bud) Weber, and Joanne Foley; granddaughter, Anne Locher; son- in-law, George Locher; and great grandsons, Callan and Finley Schmickle.

Survived by loving husband of 74 years, Douglas; children, Suzanne Rinehart, Steve (Susan), Mary Kay Locher (Bill Mason), Joan Rouillard (Jim), Mark (Joany), Patrick (Patti), and Debbie Reemts (Rick); 20 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren; sister, Grace Heinz; brother, Lloyd Weber (Patti); and brother-in-law; Merlin Dahlheimer.

Rhea’s life revolved around spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a devout Catholic, a fantastic cook, avid card player, accomplished seamstress and loved ballroom dancing. Rhea and Douglas traveled the U.S. by RV spending many winters in Estero, FL. Rhea was always kind and caring of others, greeted everyone with a smile and listened attentively.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, June 23, at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 21304 Church Ave, Rogers. Visitation 2 hours prior to Mass at church. Memorials preferred to Mary Queen of Peace.
