Ralph Eugene Pagel, age 91 of Champlin formerly of Hastings, passed away on Dec. 3, 2019. Preceded in death by significant other, Phyllis; daughter, Theresa; parents & siblings. Survived by daughters, Julie (Bruce) Resech & Susan Pagel; grandchildren, great-grandchildren & many other relatives. Interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery Tuesday 12/10 at 11AM Lane #4.
