April 23, 1914 - February 27, 2016

Peterson, Mildred Irene (Haney), age 101, on Feb. 27, 2016. Long-time resident of Brooklyn Center. Survived by son James (Susan); grandchildren Janette (Michael), Jared, and Justin; along with several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband Clair; parents Louis and Katharine; brothers Roy, Robert, and Donald.

Special thanks to her friends Clarice & Ray, June & Roger, and so many others from Brooklyn Center. Additional thanks to the staff and residents at Arbor Lakes Senior Living for their care and friendships. Throughout her life, Millie enjoyed playing cards, time at the lake, fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She was a special person to many and will be missed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, or Cross of Glory Lutheran Church.
