Maki, Merrilee K. (nee Temple), of Brooklyn Park, MN. Born August 22, 1951- Died October 13, 2016. Loving wife, mother, grandmother. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by husband. Charles; children, Kathryn (Craig), Charles Jr. (Kim), and Michelle; grandchildren, Jordan, Megan, and Ashley; 1 brother; 5 sisters; and many other family and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Cecil & Marion Temple; and 2 brothers. Visitation 5-8PM Thursday October 20, 2016, Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2^nd St. NE, Osseo. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM Friday October 21, 2016, St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 7025 Halifax Ave., Brooklyn Center, with visitation one hour prior to Mass at Church. Interment St. Vincent’s Cemetery in Osseo. Memorials preferred to charity of donor’s choice.
