Goepferd, Shari, age 70 of Maple Grove, passed away suddenly on Oct 23rd in Rancho Mirage, CA. Survived by parents, Jim & Eileen Caufield; husband of 48 years, Gene; children, Brenda (Shane) Lundeen, Todd Goepferd, Sheila Carey; grandchildren, Alex, Camden, Anna, Tori, Alli, Elise; and 5 siblings. Mass of Christian Burial 10AM Monday, Oct 31, 2016, at The Church of St. Gerard, 9600 Regent Ave N., Brooklyn Park, MN 55443. Visitation from 2-6PM with a Prayer Service and Time of Sharing at 5PM, Sunday, Oct 30, 2016 at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd Street NE, Osseo, MN 55369 and 1 hour prior to the mass at church on Monday. Interment 2:30PM at Byron Cemetery in Byron, MN. Memorials preferred to The Church of St. Gerard or 98.5 KTIS Christian Music Radio.

Our son recently passed away and of course you never expect to have to deal with this for your children so my wife and I were not only devastated but didn’t know what to do or where to turn next.
