Mary Lou Hill passed away in her sleep in the early hours of July 24th at St. Therese Senior Services at Oxbow Lake, Brooklyn Park, MN.She follows her husband Edward Hill who died October 7, 2002.
Mary Lou was born in Minneapolis, MN on September 29, 1929.She married Edward on August 2, 1948.Ed and Mary Lou lived in Brainerd, MN, Sandstone, MN, Siren, WI.Mary Lou has resided at St. Therese's since 2013.
Mary Lou is survived by 6 children: Lois (Jim) Murphy, Frederic, WI, Juanita McCabe, River Falls, WI, Edward (Kim) Hill, St. Croix Falls, WI, Kevin (Nancy) Hill, Champlin, MN, Theresa (Cliff)Hill, Woodland, CA, Brian (Sandra) Hill, Clear Lake, MN. 12 Grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Evans-Norby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St NE, Osseo, MN on Thursday July 29 from 4 PM to 7 PM.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Vincent de Paul's Catholic Church Brooklyn Park, MN on July 30 at 10:30 AM following 9:30 visitation. Luncheon will be served at the Church after Mass.

Evans-Nordby funeral chapel in Osseo, MN handled my husband’s cremation and Celebration of Life service in July of 2023. I can’t say enough positive things about all aspects of my interactions with them. They reached out to help every step of the way—from planning the Celebration of Life service, the service itself, and after care contact. Brittney was the person I primarily worked with. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized, and had great communication skills, which greatly helped in reducing my stress level. I plan to contact Evans-Nordby soon to pre-plan my own final arrangements.
