Mark Roban

Mark Christopher Roban, age 56, of Brooklyn Park, passed away peacefully on November 19th, 2025. Preceded in death by wife Susan (Hazledine) Roban; parents Jerome & Luann Roban; sister Paula Baker. Mark is survived by his beloved children Denton Roban, Erin (Ian) Kelley, Adam (Ashley) Roban, Mary (Travis) Johnson; granddaughters Olive, Eden, and Avis Johnson; siblings Susan (Steve) Olson, Cheryl (Scott) Baker, Michael (Janelle) Roban, Janelle (Scott) Swanson; brother-in-law Daniel Baker; and was an uncle to many. Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, December 5^th, 2025. 10 AM visitation with 11AM service at St. Alphonsus Church in Brooklyn Center, MN.

Mark was born into the St. Alphonsus Parish and attended with his family as a devout Catholic. He lived his devotion to God through silent retreats with his sons, brother, and father and was a regular participant at Sunday Mass. Hobbies included sailing, numerous collections and playing games of all varieties. Mark enjoyed all types of music and movies including Star Wars and Pink Floyd. Mark leaves us now with the memory of his energetic passion, curiosity, and that boundless love for his children. May his seas be forever calm and may the force be with him on his journey home.
