Marilyn Ann Eidem

Eidem, Marilyn Ann (Miller) of Brooklyn Park, MN. 
Passed away peacefully at age 96 after a well lived life.  Preceded in death by husband Tyrus, son Steven, daughter-in-law Connie, parents John & Lena Miller, sister Eileen Morey. She was born and raised in Rochester MN. Married Ty Eidem in 1953 and moved to Brooklyn Park where she had to adjust from her city life to a rural farming community. Together they raised a beautiful family. Marilyn worked many years at Jackson Jr. High. She was a bridge player, crossword expert, golfer, church volunteer and friend to so many. She was a devoted wife and mother and her family was everything to her.  She leaves behind devoted daughters Kathy(Bill) Keller, Sue(Dean) Stanton, Wendy(Joel)Welinski, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren. Nieces and a nephew. Her sweetness defined her character, her love led her in family life and her faith made her strong in life’s joys and trials.  We appreciate the kind and loving care she received at St. Therese of Oxbow Lake for the last 7 years and recently Grace Hospice

A mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday Sept. 17, 2026 at St. Gerard Majella, 9600 Regent Ave N, Brooklyn Park. Mass at 11:00, visitation one hour prior. Luncheon to follow mass.  Followed by burial at St. Vincent’s Cemetery in Osseo, MN.
