Margaret Ann Bachman

Margaret Ann Bachman , 87, passed away on August 23. 2026, at Wealshire of Medina. Margaret was born on July 1, 1939 in Holdingford, MN to Michael & Elizabeth (Yencho) Warga, Jr. She attended and graduated from Holdingford High School with the class of 1957. She met her husband, Vernell, while working at Lunds Grocery Store and was married on April 14, 1973 at South Elmdale Congregational Church in Holdingford. Together they made their home in Brooklyn Park and spent much of their time at their cabin in Fergus Falls until Vern's passing in 1982. Margaret also worked at Twin Cities Garage Door and enjoyed her part time job at Macy's. She spent her retirement years in Maple Grove. She loved the time at the cabin, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and traveling to many different states and countries.

Margaret was a die-hard Vikings fan and if you called while a game was on, it would usually be a short visit. She was a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church. 

Margaret is survived by sisters-in-law, Betty Warga and Joan Warga, several nieces, nephews and close friends. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers and sisters, Ruth, Paul, Mildred, Edward, Raymond, Donald, Leonard, and William "Bill"; nephew, Thomas Warga; and niece, Nanc Kellen. A special thank you to the staff at Wealshire of Medina for the outstanding care given to Margaret. 

Funeral Service 11 AM Friday, August 28, 2026, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo, with visitation1/2 hour prior to the service. Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery, Minneapolis.
