Lorene O. Bursch
July 4, 1928 - November 27, 2020
Bursch, Lorene O. (Lovgren) age 92 of Brooklyn Center, went peacefully to Heaven on Friday, November 27, 2020 from complications of COVID-19.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter; sisters, Violet Lovgren and Myrtle Kingsbury; and her parents.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara (Allan) Moon, Beverly Bursch, and Lissa (Mitchell) Hegg; grandchildren, Janene Dold (Dan Schoumaker), Rebecca (Steve) Volz, Sarah Hegg, Joseph Bursch, and Peter Hegg; and great-grandchildren, Elijah, Violet, Judah, and Abel Volz; relatives and friends.
Lorene was a social butterfly and extremely independent. She loved reading, antiques, jigsaw puzzles, thrift stores, coffee and orange slices. Lorene was very proud of her Scandinavian heritage. She loved her children (sons-in-law included), grandchildren, and great-grandchildren something fierce and was so proud of each and every one of them. Lorene had many long time friends and made new friends easily. Whenever you needed someone to talk with, she was always up for a little chit chat.
Lorene will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is now hand and hand with her loving husband, Wally, and in the open arms of our Lord.
