Llewellyn "Lewy" Angrimson

Llewellyn “Lewy” Angrimson, age 81, of Brooklyn Park.

Born February 8, 1937 in Montevideo, MN and passed away April 9, 2018 in El Centro, CA.

After growing up in Montevideo, he went to serve our county and joined the Air Force. He served four years and moved back to Minnesota and began his career at Northern States Power. He met the love of his life Janice and was married in September 1966. They raised three wonderful children in Brooklyn Park, MN. After retirement he was able to enjoy life spending time with his children and grandchildren and truly enjoyed attending his grandchildren's activities and sporting events. His hobbies included fishing, bird watching and meeting his friends for coffee. He was a man with a heart of gold who did everything for his family and asked for nothing in return. You will forever be in our hearts.

Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Janice M. Zaeska; his parents; and his siblings, Reta Kellen, Paul Angrimson, and three infant brothers.

Survived by his children, Jay (Kris), Dean, and Heather; his grandchildren, Jacob, Taylor, Joseph, and Ashley;siblings, Larry & Helen Angrimson and Grant & Lynda Angrimson; and other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Lewy’s Life will be at 2 PM Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2^nd St. NE, Osseo, with a visitation from 12:30-2 PM.
