Kelly Jean France, age 57, passed away on Jan. 1st, 2022.
Preceded in death by foster father, Howard Jones; foster brother, Mark; and foster sisters, Phyllis Tovsen and Linda Jones.
Survived by foster mother, Edith Jones; foster brothers, Larry (Carol) Jones, Steven (Becky) Jones; and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service 11:30am Saturday April 23, 2022 at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center, MN 55429 with visitation starting at 10:30am. Interment at Mound Cemetery.
