Daley, Kathryn J. “Kay,” age 83 of Brooklyn Park passed away Feb. 19, 2019. She was born in Warren, MN and raised in Stephen, MN. She attended St. Olaf & Bemidji State. Preceded in death by sons, Scott & Steven Daley; grandson, Eric; brother, Marlan Peterson. Survived by husband, Gene; grandson, Christopher; daughter-in-law, Linda Daley; and many other relatives & friends. Memorial Service 11AM Monday, Feb 25th, at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 7217 W. Broadway Ave, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Memorials preferred to Prince of Peace Lutheran.

Evans-Nordby funeral chapel in Osseo, MN handled my husband’s cremation and Celebration of Life service in July of 2023. I can’t say enough positive things about all aspects of my interactions with them. They reached out to help every step of the way—from planning the Celebration of Life service, the service itself, and after care contact. Brittney was the person I primarily worked with. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized, and had great communication skills, which greatly helped in reducing my stress level. I plan to contact Evans-Nordby soon to pre-plan my own final arrangements.
