Obituary for John Mark Lande

Lande, John Mark age 60 of Brooklyn Park, MN passed away on Nov. 9, 2022. Raised in Algona, IA, he earned a Master of Accountancy (MAc) at the University of Iowa and worked at Wells Fargo in Corporate Tax for the past 25 years. John was a family man. His wit and character was unmatched. He expressed constant joy for hunting, fishing and Hawkeye sports. John is preceded in death by cousin, Darren Krumwiede, aunt and uncle Don and Darlene Geiken. John is survived by his wife of 31 years, Deb Sakry Lande, their daughter Krista (Tyler) Longmore, their son John Jakob Paul Lande IV, his parents John and Ardis Lande, his brothers Joey (Deb) Lande, Jerry (Cheryl) Lande and Bud Lande.

Celebration of Life: Visitation: Sun., Nov. 20, 2022, 2-4:30 p.m. Evans Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd Street NE, Osseo, MN 55369. Service: Mon., Nov. 21, 2022, 9:30 a.m. visitation, 11 a.m. service both at St. Joseph the Worker, 7180 Hemlock Lane N., Maple Grove, MN 55369. Private burial. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Ducks Unlimited, the Elk River Golden Eye chapter or the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
