John David Mallery, age 74 of Champlin, MN passed away on May 3, 2026. John was born in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania to Gordon & Katherine Mallery. He was a proud veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He and his wife, Dianne, who was also a Vietnam veteran, were very active in the American Legion. John loved going hunting in Sebeka, MN and his annual fishing trip with friends in Manaki Canada.

John is preceded in death by parents, Gordon & Katherine Mallery; and his beloved wife, Dianne; his brothers Carl and Alan Mallery.

He is survived by children, Rebecca and Robert; grandchildren, Tyler(Emily) Sandvig, Lyric Mallery And Chord; siblings, Sisters Norma and Brenda and his 3 greatgrandchildren Cameron, Sienna and Hudson; .

Interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 11AM, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the interment time. Assembly Lane number to be updated as soon as possible. Follow the signs to the 2nd entrance gate and once inside the gate, assembly lanes will be on the left.
