John C. Johnson, age 74, of Brooklyn Park. Army Vietnam Veteran.
Survived by his wife of 46 years, Carol; children, Eric (Michele), Susan (Dana) Stiff, and Stacie (Gabriel) Cotten; grandchildren, Brynn, Wes, Noah, Lily, Evie, Ana, and Tori; brother, Jim (Lynn); nephew, Trent (Sherry); and other relatives and friends
.Preceded in death by parents, Carl & Caroline; granddaughter, Ella; and nephew, Todd.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 9100 93rd Ave. N., Brooklyn Park, with visitation 9:30-11 AM at the church. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association.

Our son recently passed away and of course you never expect to have to deal with this for your children so my wife and I were not only devastated but didn’t know what to do or where to turn next. Evans-Nordby was recommended to us by our Priest and I’m so glad he did. From the moment I talked to Tina on the phone I could tell we were in good hands as she took care of every detail. We met with her the next day and she went through all the aspects of what we were to expect in the coming days, weeks, then months ahead.
