Joan P. Humphreys (Busse) age 92 of Brooklyn Center, born Dec. 2, 1933 and died April 18, 2026. Joan grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from Minnehaha Academy.

Preceded in death by sisters Mary Ellen Cornelius (Ken) and Betty Lou Johnson (Ardie Stattine).

Preceded in death by husbands, James D. Busse (1954-1994), and James G. Humphreys (1996-2013).

Survived by son, Paul Busse (Shelby) and their children, Peter (Kimberly), Eric (Kellie) whose children are Maxwell & Eva, Tim (Heidi) whose children are Eristian & Adaline; son, Tim Busse (Jaime) and their daughter, Hanna; daughter; Karen (Rick Truex) and their children, son Matthew (Maddie), daughter Katelyn (James), and daughter Evelyn whose daughter is Taylor.

Funeral Service 12PM Tuesday April 21, 2026 at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2 nd Street NE, Osseo, MN 55369 with visitation starting at 11AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow the service at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Crystal.
