Jeremy Englebard Scully, 47, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at his parent's home in Oak Grove, MN after a 30 year battle with heart disease.
He was born in Mpls., MN on Nov. 7, 1972 to Mark and Debbie Scully.
Besides his parents, Jeremy is survived by daughter, Tori Anderson; granddaughter, Bridget Anderson; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by wife, Janice (Anderson) Scully in 2008
