James Artie Lowe

December 18, 1930 - January 20, 2019

James Artie Lowe, age 88 of Brooklyn Center, MN passed away on January 20, 2019.

Preceded in death by wife, Belia; his father, Paul E. Lowe; his mother, Carnetta Lowe; and brother, Paul E. Lowe Jr.

Survived by sister, Delores; nieces, Alice & Jamie; stepchildren, Teresa, Yolanda, Julian, Kenneth, Michael, and Daniel; the Quarles, Barbers, and Porters of Topeka, Kansas; and many loving grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

James was an avid fisherman and loved to be around his family. He enjoyed spending time with his dogs.They would be on his lap and they would watch television together. He was a US Army Veteran, who served two tours in Vietnam. He is missed.

James ( Fritz ) came into our family in a time of need and touched all of our lives and he stayed with us until the end. For this we thank him with all of our hearts. He is very much loved, missed and greatly appreciated for who he was and more importantly, for what he did. He was a Great Dad and a Man of Men to us. GOD REST HIS SOUL AND MAY HE REST IN PEACE. We Love You.

Interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery on June 20, 2019 at 12:45PM in Lane# 4.
