Obituary for Jacqueline "Jackie" Holst

Jacqueline E. “Jackie” Holst, age 78, of Brooklyn Park. Jackie was a member of CCW, a Cub Scout Leader, and an active volunteer at St. Alphonsus, including the time she spent with Dave during his 3 years of preparation to become a Deacon.

Preceded in death by son, James Holst; sister, Sharon Manning; and infant sister, Mary Lee Klimek.

Survived by her husband of 58 years, Dave; children Rebecca (Michael) Lanthier, and Richard (Kathy) Holst; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Ramona Johnson; and many other family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial 7PM Monday, June 6, 2022, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 70th and Halifax Aves. N., Brooklyn Center, with visitation 5-7PM at church.

Private interment at Gethsemane Cemetery, New Hope.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.

Evans-Nordby funeral chapel in Osseo, MN handled my husband’s cremation and Celebration of Life service in July of 2023.
