Helen was incredibly talented & giving as well as an accomplished RN surgical nurse for over 30 years at North Memorial Hospital & an instructor for North Hennepin Votech. She loved quilting, ceramics, crafting, canning & being with her family most of all. She was known to always have something fresh baked under the glass dome for the grandkids. She was a member at St. Vincent de Paul & gave back by serving funeral luncheons. These people are wonderful. They went over and above in every possible way to help us with funeral arrangements, the visitation, service and burial, despite the fact that we had a limited budget. They were patient, kind, and treated us like family. This is a funeral home you can trust. Thank you, Evans-Nordby.
