Lugert, Gladys E., age 89 of Brooklyn Park. Best Mom Ever! Went to be with her loving husband Leonard and son DuWayne on Jan. 8, 2018. Survived by children, Curt (Barb), E. Dean, Sharon (Joe Sarych), Debby (Gary) Thompson; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Arnold Foyt; sisters-in-law, Serena Hejtmanek and Fern Foyt. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Saturday, Jan 13th, 2018 at St. Gerard Catholic Church, 9600 Regent Ave N., Brooklyn Park with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at church Saturday. Interment at St. Vincent’s Cemtery in Osseo.

Evans-Nordby funeral chapel in Osseo, MN handled my husband’s cremation and Celebration of Life service in July of 2023. I can’t say enough positive things about all aspects of my interactions with them. They reached out to help every step of the way—from planning the Celebration of Life service, the service itself, and after care contact. Brittney was the person I primarily worked with. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized, and had great communication skills, which greatly helped in reducing my stress level. I plan to contact Evans-Nordby soon to pre-plan my own final arrangements.
