Gerald “Jerry” Cook, of Maple Grove passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at the age of 78. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carol; children Kevin (Laura), Steven (Tracy), Jennifer (Shayne) Johnson; grandchildren Jason, Stephanie, Lindsey; sisters Beverly, Sandra (George), Carol (Tom); sister-in-law Carol; and many nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Arnold & Norma Cook; brothers John & Harold; brother-in-law Laverne Wylie. Visitation 6-8PM Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2^nd Street NE, Osseo. Funeral Service 11:30 AM Friday, July 13, 2018 at Immanuel United Methodist Church, 10025 Brockton Lane N., Corcoran with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at church.
