Frances M. Simon (Spanier), passed away November 15, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnie Simon.

Survived by her children, Gary (Lynn), Tom (Kris), Jody (Steve) Bratten, Pam (Jerry) Riesgraf, and Susie; grandchildren, Matt (Tanya), Nick (Tara), Abby (Rob), Ben (Kelsie), Amanda (Josh), Wendy (Micah), Leah (Tadd), Shawn (Holli), Kelly (Justin) Peter (Alex) and Nicole; 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Joan (Tommy); brother, Charles; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Fran was a long time resident of Brooklyn Center, where she raised her family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Alzheimer’s Association or The Willows of Arbor Lakes, Maple Grove.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, November 24, 2023, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 7025 Halifax Ave N., Brooklyn Center with visitation 2 hours prior to mass.

Our son recently passed away and of course you never expect to have to deal with this for your children so my wife and I were not only devastated but didn’t know what to do or where to turn next.
