Obituary for Emeric Stachowski

Emeric “Em” Stachowski passed away on January 10th, 2023, at 67. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life’s challenges head-on. He fought a long and courageous battle till the very end.

Emeric met the love of his life, Ruth, 49 years ago this month, and they have been inseparable since. They built a wonderful life in Northeast Minneapolis, where they raised their three daughters. He will be missed deeply by his four-legged companions, Jack and Mimi.

I just can't say enough about the help we received in planning my husband's funeral at the Osseo Evans Nordby funeral home. It was a very difficult time and they were so caring, sensitive, helpful and very organized in making the funeral go smoothly. The funeral home in Osseo felt so welcoming and comfortable also. Tina was extremely helpful in guiding our family with planning the funeral and went out of her way in finding the right memorial folder for my husband. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all.
