Elsie D. Zustiak, age 86, of Rogers, formerly of Minneapolis., MN, passed away February 26, 2017. Our beloved mother was born Jauary 16, 1931 to Sylvester & Annie Gominsky in Watkins, MN. Elsie who was so cherished, had a kind and generous heart who enjoyed being around the love of her family.

Survived by her children, Cheryl Flategraff, Gary Dakota, Deann (Todd) Mootz, and Thomas (Michele) Zustiak, Jr.; grandkids, Brenda (Greg) Clay, Becky (Jeff) Eddins, Shelby, April, Anthony, and Ellie; great grandkids, Taylor, Alyssa, Sauve’, and Malachi; siblings, Kenny, Timmy, and Susie; sisters-in-law, Dee and Kathy Gominsky; special nieces, Debbie and Margie; and other nieces, nephews, and friends that were well loved.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas, Sr. (2012); 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.

Visitation 5-8 PM Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo, and 1 hour prior to mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 21304 Church Ave., Rogers. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery
