Tolentino, Elpidio F. “Pete”, age 81, of Brooklyn Center.

Retired in 1997 from Cargill after 42 years, and is a proud member of the American Legion.

Preceded in death by parents, Juan & Dixie and sons, Tony and Pete.

Survived by wife of 55 years, Lois; daughters, Diana Tolentino-Benson and Maria (Scott) Horbal; brother, John (Diane) Tolentino; grandchildren, Angela Tolentino, Kleighton (Emily) Horbal, Karissa Horbal (Brian Keck), Kimberlee (Aaron) Buller, and Kenton Horbal; great grandchildren, Nate Tolentino, Natalia Tolentino, Samara Tolentino, and Greysen Horbal; many family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM on Friday, June 28, 2019, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 9100 93rd Ave. N., Brooklyn Park. Visitation 6-8 PM Thursday, June 27, 2019, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center, and 1 hour prior to mass at church.
