Winters, Donald C., age 86 of Brooklyn Park, passed away on Jan. 3, 2022. Preceded in death by wife, Phyllis; son, Dan; and siblings Harold & Betty. Survived by sons, David (Lynne), Jim; sister, Dorothy; daughter-in-law, Linda; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Don was an avid golfer and softball player. He leaves behind many friends in Minnesota & Arizona. Visitation for both Donald & Phyllis from 4-7:30PM on Jan. 27, 2022 at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd Street NE, Osseo, MN 55369.
