Dianna Lee Stromback

Dianna Lee Stromback, age 86, of Osseo, MN (formerly of New Hope, MN) passed away on September 11, 2026.  Dianna Lee Rysdam was born on February 25, 1940 in Pipestone, MN to John and Harmanna (“Amanda”) Rysdam.  Dianna was united in marriage to Wayne Myron Stromback on February 14, 1959, in Mora, MN.  They had two sons – Alan and Curtiss. 

Dianna and Wayne made their home in New Hope, MN for over thirty years.  Dianna worked at Metro Printing in Eden Prairie for over twenty-five years.  A tireless worker with a head for numbers, Dianna started in the bindery and rose to lead the accounting group.  She loved bowling, golfing, attending her grandchildren’s many sporting events, birdwatching and tinkering in the garden.

Dianna is survived by her sons Alan (Judy), Maple Grove, MN and Curtiss (Kim), Maple Grove, MN; 4 grandchildren – Tyler (Annie), Taryn (Sean) Fleming, Jo, and Brandon (Emily); one great-granddaughter - Renee Louise Stromback; 5 sisters – Annette Burkstrand, Sharon Johnson, Patricia Rysdam and husband Peter Miller, Deborah (Rick) Nystrom, and Roberta (Mark) Bistodeau; 1 brother – Randy Rysdam, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Dianna was preceded in death by her parents, John and Harmanna, her husband Wayne, her sister Marie Joy, her brothers Ronald Rysdam and Richard Rysdam, and granddaughter Kristina Stromback.

A celebration of life will be held at noon on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Evans Nordby Funeral Home, 34 Second St. NE, Osseo, MN, with visitation preceding from 11 am to noon.
