Derek James Kolehmainen, age 48, of Crystal, passed away peacefully May 30, 2021. Beloved father, son, and brother.
Survived by children, Brendan Kolehmainen, Brady Kolehmainen, and Jacie Kolehmainen; father, Robert Kolehmainen; mother, Sharon (Brian) Gregory; brother, Brian Kolehmainen (fiancee Christine Diekmann); niece, Alina; and nephew, Trace. Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation 4-7 PM with a Celebration of Derek's Life at 6 PM Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo, MN. Private interment in Redridge, MI.
Memorials preferred to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Shriner's Hospital.
