Passed away peacefully on 12/19/16 at the age of 93. She was a life-long resident of Osseo. Preceded in death by parents, Arthur & Emma (Ruud) Wingard; husband, James “Cy” McHugh; brothers, Arthur, Curtis, Calvin, & Richard Wingard; and sisters, Effie McCarthy & Lola Jean Wingard. Survived by son, James (Mary) McHugh; daughter, Patricia Peterson; brother, John Wingard; and many nieces, nephews & friends. Memorial Service 2PM Wednesday January 4, Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE., Osseo, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Private Interment.
