Bonita J. Osterberg, age 77 of New Hope. Preceded in death by parents, Harry & Marvel Weinand; husband, Richard; sister, Patricia; brother, Larry; daughter-in-law, Joni. Survived by son, Kevin; grandchildren, Ashley, Erik; great-grandchild, Ronin; sister, Judy (Tom); and many nieces & nephews. She loved spending time at her lake home on Big Thunder Lake. Funeral Service 12PM Monday, June 25, 2018 at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 18500 County Road 101, Maple Grove. Visitation from 4-8PM Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd Street NE, Osseo and 1 hour prior to the service at church Monday. Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorials preferred to North Memorial Hospice.

Our son recently passed away and of course you never expect to have to deal with this for your children so my wife and I were not only devastated but didn’t know what to do or where to turn next. We met with her the next day and she went through all the aspects of what we were to expect in the coming days, weeks, then months ahead.
