Anthony "Tony" Wayne Sundin

January 1, 1957 - August 6, 2026

Anthony Wayne Sundin “Tony," was born on January 1, 1957 in Owatonna, MN to William & Caroll Sundin.

Tony married Christine “Chris” Anderson on September 26, 1981. He attended North Hennepin Community College in 1979 and graduated from Dunwoody in 2010.
Tony was an avid fisherman and loved catching salmon in Alaska. He was a family man and had so much love to give. Tony’s big smile and sense of humor will be missed.

Tony is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Chris; his dog, Coco; his son, Jason (Mandi); his grandchildren, Joey, Ally, Dylan, Brooklyn, Taylor and Tony; his siblings, Valenchia Hershberger, Perry (Robin) Sundin, Debby Sundin and Dale Sundin. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 11AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 20000 County Road 10, Corcoran, MN 55340 with visitation from 10AM-11AM at church. Burial to follow Mass at St. Thomas Cemetery, Corcoran, MN with a luncheon to follow in the parish center.
